Just after Carter turned 11 months he began taking his first steps without any help. He started off just standing in the same spot until his legs gave out or he lost his balance. It took a lot of coercion and bribery to get him to be brave enough to stay on his feet. Once he got the hang of it, he's been nonstop. We've been chasing after him ever since. I love the panting. It shows his pure excitement.
